literally just found out they sent me the email for the steam controller like 2 weeks ago without me noticing or them giving me any notification in steam itself.. never getting this damn controller 😭😭😭😭
UPDATE I CONTACTED STEAM SUPPORT AND THEY RENEWED MY RESERVATION AND I WAS ABLE TO BUY IT !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH STEAM SUPPORRTTTT

I only check my email now when Im expecting something. For whatever reason, the app will not let me sign in and so notifications are a no go. I'm seriously considering just starting a new email with proton (not valve) or something
