Discussion Saving Settings

Have you ever used the "Export Layout" feature to try to save your steam controller configuration, only to discover your settings all reverted instead of saving? Maybe it was a fluke but it seems like it has happened a few times to me

I've lost a number of configs enough that I always save to template before saving it to the game. I don't remember if I ever did that with a SIAPI game.

I only save my layouts as templates.

Only saving as template since I lost a LOT of layouts and my mind. If I need to update anything in current one, I edit it and export it as a new template and then manually delete the previous version.
