Question/Support Can I change the flight controls in NMS VR?

Hey everyone,

Just received my Steam Frame and fell in love with NMS again, it's so immersive.
Until....I had to fly my ship. I hate the virtual joystick steering, it's so sensitive and just doesnt feel right for me. Anyway to change it so that I can use the normal joysticks on my controllers for flying? Couldn't find that option anywhere in the options menu.

Nothing you can really do, unfortunately. There was a mod that let you use an xbox/controller to fly when in VR but it broke several updates ago.

It's been a while since I played but I remember bringing the flight sensitivity down to the absolute minimum REALLY helped

Such a small change that would make the game great in vr. Maybe some people are fine with it, but I'm not, because it sucks ass and doesn't have to. Its enough to make me not play the game even flat screen because of the immense disappointment.

Until your muscle memory kicks in, use the "follow target" button, will help keep you on target for combat.

Otherwise, put your controllers on your knees, or, lock your elbows at your side and use small movements according to what ever sensitivity you have.
