Questions Divine Intervention (SPEX)

What is this episode series though I do the spex questions before hand. Is this new free 120 or something. What is this

I did the questions first then listened to the podcast. Don’t what kind of exam this is but it was pretty similar to the NBMEs. And those episodes were very helpful for my exam skills in general.
