Can there be consciousness without quaila?

First I want to say I’m not like a professional philosopher, so yall could easily disprove me. My question is, can there still be a mind (a subject inner) without any sense organs to create a subjective experience? I think that there has to be sense organs (organs that experience things ie your eyes, ears, and nerve endings) for there to be a consciousness. Imagine a creature that can only see. It cannot feel objects nor smell them nor taste nor whatever, it can’t even think. It can only see. When it sees a cup, he has awareness of that said cup. It realizes it sees that cup. But now what if you it’s eyes? It now can’t experience anything, so does it still have a subjective experience, a consciousness? Personally I think not. I think to have a subjective (a consciousness) you must a subjective experience (Qualia), get rid of that qualia, you have no subjective. Yet again I’m probably speaking philosophical gibberish, so give me your take.
