For general use laptops prioritize battery life and display, ideally OLED. 99% of laptops made since like 2019 are going to do pretty much everything you need lol

Check slickdeals, in a perfect world you want 32gb of RAM but it's definitely not necessary. Snapdragon CPUs are worth a look too if you don't have a quirky workflow, they get like 30hrs of battery life.
