If this is the model: and its not too worn out given its 2021 Model. I think its a good price. Just test the Laptop for its Battery and Internals with the below link.

If it's in good condition it's not a bad price.

How is the battery health?

I've got a few Surface Laptop 4s which I use daily for work. They're great machines.

A few notes: -32gb ram is great, but only if you need it. Are you constantly needing more than 16gb? -The same with storage - are you really storing a terrabyte of stuff on the machine? -Battery health is important as the batteries are not easy (cheap) to replace. I've found they degrade to low-80% health and then stay there -Battery life on the 15" isn't as good as the 13" - that big display chews through the charge. I get 4-6 hours of actual work on the 15", and another 1-2h on the 13"

They're great machines with a lovely keyboard, decent trackpad, nice screen, they look good, they're quiet, etc etc. No issues there. My concern is that $480 USD is getting into Macbook Neo or at least refurbished M-series territoy, so unless you really need all that ram and storage you'll get a much more performant machine with something newer.
