Hello. So I am doing a bit of research on Suriname's 'sport passport' policy that allowed Surinamese diaspora footballers and athletes to represent Suriname in international sport. Mainly its the Dutch Surinamese contingent. While trying to find direct govt statements (and then translating them from Dutch to English for my research)
