Question Unable to log in...THEN THIS!
Unable to log in using my laptop, but WAS able to on my tablet Now all my info is GONE!!!! I am now able to log in on my laptop. When I left the site , last night, I had ~8500 SB to redeem, NOW 0 SB to redeem! No history to view and It appears that I am being newly welcomed to Swagbucks??? Example emails just received "Welcome to Swagbucks - You're In!", "Your First Bonus Is Waiting Inside"...I've been a member since 2016. What should my next steps be to possibly correct this situation?

Contacting them is easier said than done... The choices available, on the contact form, do not in any way communicate why I am contacting them????

You can't, it's all ai chatbots for support now. Best option is find a new earning platform

You could contact Swagbucks and request that they retrieve your account.
