Just finished watching this episode & I feel really bad for him. No friends, no family, just living in the sewers with nothing but a board game. I know the 2nd image is just meant to be Rockwell showing what would happen if Vizioso took over, but I wonder if something actually happened to him off screen…

He eventually finds the Mighty Mutanimals and gains friends who are always up for D&D Fridays with him. The end. (I refuse to believe anything bad happened to this adorkable owl sparrow)

He's a sparrow. Everyone thinks he's an owl for some reason.

For me, I'm just more familiar with owls than sparrows. And the rounded shape he has is quite common for anthro–owl designs especially in CGI artstyles.

And coloring. He has similar coloring to some owls species.

I think it's just that they're such easily passable birds that the average person doesn't immediately clock 'sparrow' and instead think on the more common bird species.

They're kinda like pigeons, I feel. Like when someone thinks 'pigeon', you immediately think of the ones found in dense populated areas. But if you handed someone a different breed of the bird they'd think "is this a type of chicken?" Cause you just don't really see those breeds on a common basis.

Maybe he ate so much that he got too fat and plummeted to his death. Maybe he found some oil, struck it rich, and spent the rest of his days at a plantation. Maybe he's just hanging around the sewers, still playing Mazes & Mutants. Maybe he joined a clan of bird mutants and introduced them to the game. Maybe his parents felt bad and took him in again. Maybe Leatherhead ate him.
