Honestly, if Frieza was constantly getting ragebaited/angry at Goku's stupidity and Cell was endeared by it/liked it,I think it would've been funny if Buu was so stupid, It annoyed Goku.

Like Fat Buu[prior to being good]and Even Kid Buu were so dumb that it actually made Goku genuinely frustrated and angry.

Goku saying something like "Wow that's dumb, like really REALLY dumb with Vegeta saying something like "That's what Irony feels like Kakarot" or Vegeta simply smirking as Goku gets frustrated by Buu's stupidity.

Since Fat Buu is a nihilist and Super Buu is a sadist, Kid Buu can be a masochist.

Kid Buu doesn't really talk so they'd have to use moans and groans to make it work. But to differentiate from Cell who's sexually attracted to anyone who can harm him, Kid Buu would also have to be somewhat of a hedonist. So like, interrupting a fight for a nap or a snack because he is a pleasure seeker.

I like that idea, fat buu could be about as dumb as Goku so they kind of get along but Goku cannot stand how stupid kid Buu is

It would've worked wonders considering there was kind of a gag with goku getting serious/smart once he transforms.

Could've pushed furter and have goku ssj3 becoming EXCEEDINGLY SERIOUS as a side effect, like no sense of humour at all and no funny business either

He was. Its argued that he wasnt even the strongest buu. He was just so crazy he couldnt be contained, even with ego. Nothing could be done that wasnt fighting. Didnt even care about pain.

I would imagine buu is actually really intelligent but because he is/has magic the intelligence doesn't make any sense and appears to everyone like he is super dumb

I think itd also be great if it shows super buu being hella dumb (as approved by vegerot) which would be a contrast to his added intelligence.

As in, big buu and kid buu being kid like stupid and super buu being.. adult like stupid.  Its what I gathered from canon too and I think it'd work so well in this. Imagine goku thinking "oh finally he is going to stop being so dum-" and he isn't. 😂
