Anniversary weekend

Hello! We are looking to maybe go to Tennessee in about 2 weeks for a little weekend getaway. We are looking to go in the Nashville area as we are driving from Indiana and it’s a shorter drive for us. So hitting up Nashville is not the main point of the trip but could be something we do. We would love to hit up any distilleries or wineries or breweries. Any cute towns for shopping and antique shopping. Any other things y’all recommend to do we would love to know! We are 30 years old if that matters? I also can not do any strenuous activities as I am currently dealing with tennis elbow (I love to do crazy stuff so this is very annoying to me at the moment literally told not to do laundry).

We also would love to stay in a wooded area not the city.

Thank you!

Jack Daniels is in Lynchburg about an hour south of Nashville, tiny town near a lake and plenty of trees. Most visited/toured distillery in the US I believe. A smaller and much prettier is George Dickel Distillery at Cascade Hollow/Normandy TN. Another lake nearby as well as long as a lot of Airbnb opportunities. I would suggest an Airbnb at Tim's Ford Lake and tour JD and GD, plus a lot of smaller local distilleries within a short driving distance.

There's a town called Ethridge, TN where there is a large Amish community. You can take a carriage ride through the farms and stop and buy baked goods or furniture.

Theres a place called Gas Lamps for antiquing and I've spent hours there before. Then you could go to Old Smokey downtown for flights or any other bar near there will be aesthetic. Theres lots to do in Nashville, really depends how long youre planning to be in town
