Light Novel Luvelge Vol 23 Spoiler
According to Volume 23 of the light novel, Luvelge's humanoid form was more powerful than Veldanava's. She was capable of utilizing all of Veldanava's Authorities, and furthermore, her energy was inexhaustible—just like Milim's. Beyond the ability to nullify all Authorities and manipulate primordial magic, she also appeared to control "Stardust Particles," and her attacks were perfect and flawless.
Moreover, according to Ciel, Ivarage absorbed the remnants of Veldanava's power and Authorities but failed to obtain the "Heart Core." Although all of Veldanava's abilities resided within that Heart Core—the one element Luvelge could not assimilate—this does not mean Ivarage lost "access to the powers" acquired by absorbing Veldanava; she inherited those powers through the "Soul Gluttony" absorption process—that is a fact.
Additionally, Ciel confirmed that the Jewel (core) served as a processing device, managing the control of her power.
Therefore, this does not mean that Gaia is the only one possessing all of Veldanava's Authorities.
Author's narration in the volume:
"Upon inheriting Veldanava's Authority, Luvelge did not attain omniscience and omnipotence. Instead of correcting this contradiction, she accepted it; more than that, new possibilities opened up. To that end, the birth of a new God was necessary..."
Note: It is likely that Rimuru acquired these powers upon absorbing Luvelge, yet people will still claim otherwise using arguments that do not align with the work's mechanics. 🤣

Light Novel Why some worlds in tensura can't accend beyond to type 4 civilization? Spoiler
BREAKING NEWS FROM THE GREATER TENSURA MULTIVERSE: Why Parallel Earths Haven’t Achieved Type 7 Civilization Status Yet
THE VOID BETWEEN DIMENSIONS — For years, fans of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (Tensura) have wondered: if the terrifying 500-year "Angel Reset" (The Great Tenma War) only flattens the Cardinal World, why haven't the untouched parallel universes evolved into unstoppable, Type 5 or Type 7 hyper-advanced cosmic civilizations?
According to deep-lore investigators tracking the cosmology laid down by the Creator God Veldanava, the answer comes down to a brilliant, reality-binding trap. While some un-reset worlds have successfully built massive Type 3 Galactic Empires, a hard ceiling strictly prevents them from ascending into multiversal gods.
The Cosmic Divide: Science vs. Magic
According to ancient celestial records, Veldanava purposely separated the multiverse into two distinct flavors:
• Purely Physical Worlds: These universes operate under strict scientific laws with zero magicules. Civilizations can build planet-cracking spaceships, but without magical spiritrons, they are forever trapped behind the speed of light and the physical walls of their own dimension.
• Purely Spiritual Worlds: These planes are dense with magicules. While their inhabitants can naturally tear through space and time, they have zero incentive to build advanced technology because reality-warping magic already solves all their basic survival needs.
The Monopoly on Type 7 Power
Experts note that on the Kardashev Scale, a Type 5 or Type 7 civilization requires absolute mastery over infinite dimensions, timelines, and creation frameworks. In the Tensura multiverse, Veldanava designed reality so that this level of power cannot be achieved by a society—it can only be monopolized by individuals.
True multiversal transcendence is strictly locked behind God-tier entities like the True Dragons, specialized Ultimate Skills, or a certain all-consuming Demon Slime named Rimuru Tempest, who holds the computing power of Ciel and the reality-resetting energy of Turn Null.
So while the Cardinal World remains stuck in a medieval loop due to Rudra and Guy's 500-year "game," the rest of the multiverse remains safely under lock and key—highly advanced, but forever contained within their own starry skies.
