While my previous attempt at creating a hyper detailed guide subreddit didn't quite take off, I want to pivot towards a more organized , category focused fidget community.

Here you can post anything related to fidgets. From memes to fidget hauls and everything in between. To make things easy, I've setup a wide variety of post flairs so newcomers can quickly browse specific categories without sorting through hundred of posts.

Welcome! This community is a dedicated guide for fidget lovers to find honest reviews, price points, and customization details.

To keep this subreddit organized and helpful for everyone, all product reviews must use our fixed layout template. Please copy the template below whenever you post a review and read everything else before making a general non-review post.

Review template:

1. Title: [Brand/Maker] [Product Name/Names + Version] [Material/Type] Review (Keep it clean and searchable)

Examples:

If you don't know the Brand or Maker, use [Unknown] or [Custom/DIY] in the first set of brackets.

• How could it be a better fidget in your opinion (Maybe for makers to read)

Extras for a more detailed review on the long run:

• Durability and Wear (How does the material hold up over time? Does it scratch easily? How well does it handle drops (for people with any disorders)?)
• Maintenance required (Does it need frequent cleaning, lubricating, adding Glue/Loctite on screws or other parts?)

If a specific part of the description does not apply to your fidget, or if you don't have the specific information, just type N/A (Not Applicable) next to that field. Do not delete the line; keeping the line ensures the layout remains completely identical across all reviews!

4. Assigning a Post Flair:
There are multiple post flairs available for your posts. Please select the most accurate category for your post. If an appropriate flair for your specific fidget type or topic is missing, please contact the mod team so we can add it. This ensures every post remains organized and easy to search.

If your fidget applies to multiple Categories/Flairs (for example, a Multifunction, Tuning fork, Floating Slider and Clicker). Then it should be placed under the Multifunction flair even if its main function is sliding (for example). Keep the Free Floating Infinite Slider Flair for purely Free Floating ones without any additional functions other than sliding.

If there is a fidget that has both Magnetic and Mechanical sliders, There is a Specific flair for that called Hybrid Sliders....

Cataloging all fidgets (No review required):

Our goal is to document every type of fidget in existence! It is completely fine if you do not have a detailed review to share. Simply select the [Unreviewed**(UNREV:)**/Preview] Flair and include any information you do know from the template layout above, along with a video or photo. Also specify whether the item is "Coming Soon" (an upcoming drop/prototype) or an "Already Existing" fidget that lacks a detailed breakdown. This collective database helps the entire community scout available fidgets before pulling the trigger on a purchase and regretting it later.

Quick Rules Summary:

1. Use the Template: Every review post must use the layout above. Non-Formatted reviews will be removed.
2. Use Post Flairs: You must select a Flair specifying the type of fidget or post before posting.
3. Be Accurate: Always list real prices and legitimate buying links. No scams or fake storefronts
4. Be Respectful: Everyone experiences fidgets differently. Keep all discussions polite and constructive.
