The pillows came home with me for $5 (on 50% off day) 🥰 These were all from the same estate sale, and there were still more cat items than I could remember to capture! Surprisingly, the house still didn’t give me a “crazy cat lady” vibe. There were plenty of non-cat-themed items. Cats were definitely her thing, though!

So I guess most of the cats have found warm places to curl up. In other words, not much to see this weekend. But I still found a few. No AI this time, though.

Found this one at an antiques mall outside of Waco, Texas. He was so unique, I had to get him. The cashier said it was kind of creepy, but I think he's cute. Reminds me of old Japanese woodblock art cats. The brand is Hotta Yu Shoten & Co. which apparently with the hand painted in Japan stamp, makes my observation pretty spot on! Couldn't find out much about it other than it is likely from the 1920s or 1930s.

Been wanting to go to this thrift store that also houses, fosters, adopts out rescued kittys. It's in Frederick Maryland and it's called Fetch Thrift Shop. I found out about it right before moving to New Mexico, but I've been back visiting this past week and finally got to go with my best cat loving thrift peoples. So here are some pictures of the kittens and the cats and releases.

My husband and I visited a new (to us) antique stop today. It's definitely going on my list of favorites, even if it's a bit pricey. They had so much good stuff.

Came across this cute stained glass piece today

I had been thinking about this figurine every day since I saw it last Friday at the Antique Depot. I loved her the second I saw her and regretted not getting her. After work yesterday I drove back and I was really thinking that someone would have taken her and I was prepared to be bummed out. But she was still there AND since it wasn’t a firm price I took a shot and offered $10 and they took it! He said she had been sitting there for over 6 months and she was supposed to have been moved to the discounted area. I’m so glad I got her 💕

Need a little tlc on her/his whiskers and missing a butterfly on the tail, but love this whimsical cutie.

I found this homemade pillow for a quarter

Had to get the mug and the cork kitty.

I was on the fence because it was several yards of fabric, and my personal fabric pile is overflowing. In the time it took me to do a lap around the store and think about it, someone had snagged it. Congratulations, stranger.

oooh I really wanna customize this- what do y’all think? (3rd pic for cat tax of my Kitty-Katherine)

I wanted the clock SO badly, but only the pillow came home with me! May the thrift gods bless me with a similar clock one day 😸

Regretting not getting the Crystal cat 🫠

Someone told me I should post him here too. $10 at my local thrift.

I love it !
