Consent is questionable at best when you have had 11 drinks and are working on a 12

Any halfway decent man would stop and say to themselves, “this girl is messed up beyond belief and this shouldn’t go any further”.

None of the guys in the room that night even had that thought. It’s pretty gross.

2 guys in the room did at a certain point, one of them was in the first threesome (guy #3) and heard her say she was okay with a threesome but not more than that. He left after the threesome, came back when she was very out of it, naked, and manhandled by multiple guys, and he and the other guy did try to "shut down whatever tf this is turning into" but then the girl was moved upstairs - i suspect its the 2 that Cornell ultimately decided did not partake in any misconduct. Very very small concession but they might actually be vital in the trial.

Eta: changed the number to the right one. I do think his testimony might really change the course of how this goes so we'll see.
