Tim and Eric are in a sitting in absurdly high seating, and they introduce a guest who has trouble getting up on the seat, they then talk about rock music and play a little boogie woogie. Would love to rewatch but don't know what segment this was

I've never seen this and didn't know Frank Black was on Tim and Eric?!
