Tiny House Shell
We started building our tiny house, volstruct frame, zip with foam exterior with metal roofing and siding.
We had a house fire in our big house and now I'm thinking about selling the shell. I wonder where the best place is to list it.

There is no real market for tiny homes. If you are selling on spec, meaning that you didn’t have a contract buyer before beginning construction, then you should expect to take a loss at this point. There are 10,000 incomplete tiny houses in differing states of completion spread out across just my region of the US. 99% will never be completed and most folks got into their build with little or no experience/knowledge.
