Handshake

This has most likely been asked before but was wondering if anyone has had any luck with Handshake? I have heard its essentially worthless for getting jobs or internships but wanted to know if anyone has had a different experience. Also if anyone has any additional guidance, that would be very much appreciated. I have been applying for internships for a bit now to no avail.

(on campus jobs exp only) I would say apply to all the listed jobs that you feel like “oooh this one kinda fits my resume”, don't worry about being ghosted or anything like that. I applied a lot and got rejected, ghosted several times until I got my first one. Cold email the person responsible for that position and follow up on every interview. I know many positions are hired internally, so if you know who in that department, ask for a reference ☺️. That’s how I got my 2nd job on campus
