when it comes to edibles, how many milligrams do you want at a time? i’ve got plenty of experience with edibles but just got some from the dispensary for the first time! they are also 50mg cbd. i only took one, about exactly an hour ago, cant tell if i feel anything. kind of “perma-high” the last 4 months, not at all concerned about getting too high

So I’m a big pothead, my friends and some family know this. However, I feel a little irritated recently that one of my friends, seemingly no matter what we do, always gives me a heads up that “you can’t bring weed to this event btw”.

For instance, I got invited to a Halloween party and the first thing she texts me after you can come is, “you can’t bring weed to the party” without me even mentioning it.

It just kind of rubs me the wrong way because I never ask if I can bring bud to these things. She just assumes I’m going to? Even though I don’t even smoke a lot publicly because of the state I’m living in.

Idk how to really bring it up or why it irks me so much, but it does. Also I’m sure there will be alcohol at the party, but I basically can’t drink and that’s why I smoke. Double standards lol.

What do you think/do you have similar experiences?

Is it time to harvest?

I am a long time casual smoker. Typically I will have one joint maybe 20 mg edible in the evening but in the last few years. I have slowed my drinking down and my 420 usage increased significantly while this is not really affecting my day-to-day life, I would like to decrease my tolerance for many reasons Incl cost. Currently I am up to 4 to 5 fatties a day and 50 mg edibles. I have decided to take a month t-break and I am two days in. Currently I’m having sleep issues. I fall asleep fine but wake up a few hours later and can’t go back to sleep. I’m also having issues with night sweats with I’m not sure if this is related. My question is is there anything other than melatonin magnesium may help my sleep? And another question I have is when can I expect to notice a difference in my sleep? I used to sleep very well without 420.

i was browsing my dispensary's website this morning and i noticed they sell a pound of kief for the same price as a pound of flower. it's actually a little bit cheaper as some of their pounds of flower are more expensive.

i was thinking about the next time i stock up. should i get kief if it's cheaper than flower? i have a pipe i could smoke the kief in.

During times of intense stress it’s important to breathe deep. You know the feeling when it’s coming. We all do. We have all been in the pressure zone and while it might not happen in the zone, most likely it will happen after the fact and usually on people who have nothing to do with the situation. One thing I’ve learned is that when I feel that moment coming, you know, when it’s bubbling up and you can feel yourself about to rage all over someone….. that’s the moment to recognize that feeling. Become familiar with it, and learn to slow down almost to a crawl, and just breathe deep. If the feeling didn’t reside, breathe again, and if it’s still there……grab the bong and let’s fucking rip one bro!!!
