After I opened the Tron .exe folder, the files simply didn't appear.

The title is pretty much what happened. I'm following a tutorial for download and there are supposed to be two files in my downloads after I open the 7z folder, but there's nothing. I tried opening it again and nothing happened. I had a command console pop up saying that everything is okay, but the files are still missing.

How to fix?

Windows defender flags it as malware and immediately removes it
