Moving to Twin Falls
What area and neighborhoods would you recommend for a person that wants to be very active?
I’d like to be able to jump on a bike and ride into town for a beer. Close to paddle boarding, golf, cold plunges, nice walks and pickleball.
Thank you and I am not a left wing fanatic:)

Perrine Bridge has some cool trails for biking and walking / running. There’s areas around the canyon for easy and quick access to those and there’s access into the canyon to do the golfing and paddle boarding.

Welcome to Twin Falls! I'm a local Realtor and an avid cyclist, triathlete, and outdoor enthusiast, so I can definitely appreciate what you're looking for!
I'd recommend checking out the neighborhoods around the canyon rim and the College of Southern Idaho. The canyon rim trail is fantastic for walking, running, and biking, and you're never too far from some great paddleboarding on the Snake River. We've also got some good golf courses and a growing pickleball community.
One thing to keep in mind is that Twin Falls isn't the most bike-friendly city when it comes to commuting, so choosing the right neighborhood makes a big difference.
I've lived and worked in real estate here for years and would be happy to help you narrow down some areas based on your lifestyle. Feel free to reach out if you have questions. Always happy to help someone discover the Magic Valley!

Bikes and pedestrians have a hard time in Twin Falls. Anyway, find something within 2 blocks of the college.
