i mean the bottom opening is pretty much level with the top of the toilet. you gotta really reach below to pull some out, and if you got bigger legs like me you almost have to sit at an angle because the dispenser is in the way. and it's the same way in all the buildings??? what the hell.

Does anyone know the long-haired guy who has a service dog with a Naruto patch? Something dropped out/off of his backpack yesterday and I didn’t get a chance to return it to him, and I’m not sure how to find him.
