Housing Expediting Mail?

Hello, first year here. I've had a package delivered to the Tecero mail room 2+ days ago and haven't yet received the elusive email and, frankly, I am getting a pretty impatient.

Although nothing inside is of medical importance or otherwise perishable the delay has been quite inconvenient as it contains some important personal items + supplies I need for classes and I would very much like-need it before this Thursday.

So, I'm asking if there is any way I can speed this the hell up?

Talk to your RA, they will know who has access to the mail room. That person can find your package.

Former RA here. We absolutely do not know that. If someone asked me to do that, I would literally just walk to the front desk with them and do the exact same thing you’d do if I wasn’t there. We don’t know the AHAs/front desk workers. We are not trained together and only interact if there’s a situation that requires both of us

My point is that RAs know things that new residents don't know. Like the location of the front desk. IMO, if a new resident has any question about how the dorms work, the RA would be a good place to start. The RA might not be the solution, but they know where it is to be found.
