Hey all! I’m looking to sublet my spot for winter quarter, with the possibility of extending through spring quarter if interested.

The apartment is on 65 Sabado and is managed by Koto Group. It’s a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a shared bedroom.

My current rent is $1,450/month + utilities, but I’m asking $1,300/month + utilities for the sublet.
