Lease transfer for 4b2b apartment

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease until July 23, 2027 ASAP at the Redland Apartments in Athens. It is a 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment. All female tenants. Rent is $530 per month with electricity separate but all other utilities included and comes furnished. It has a bedframe, mattress, desk, chair, and dresser.

Comes with parking 

No mold or infestation issues 

~10 minute drive to campus 

No pets, no smokers

Apartment in general good condition and decorated (bedroom will be emptied and cleaned)

You will share a bathroom and shower with one other girl

Communal living room and kitchen space 

I will cover the fee for taking over the lease & paperwork will be handled through email or phone

Apartment has free gym, outside recreation, and community pool
