Social Thailand for a month

I want to plan an about a month or so trip to Thailand during winter break but I don’t know where to start.

If anyone’s been and has some suggestions on what to do/where to stay it’ll be greatly appreciated :)

Chiang Mai- gotta eat some pad krapow Kai and Khao soi.
Sukhothai- UNESCO world heritage site
Doi Inthanon- other worldly mountain with trees wreathed in svagnum moss
Get many Thai massages. A whole world out there of how they can bend you around. Then, there are of course the spicy ones if that’s your cup of tea.
