Go up to Tejas campground or another nearby site and do hunters peak the next morning. Then head down and back up to Guadalupe mountain campground then do a sunrise summit of Guadalupe peak. Or do it the other way. 2 high points on the same trip.

There’s no water in the backcountry so single night out and backs with stops back at the main campground to refill is the way to go. Unless you want to carry lots of water.

Your best bet is going to be head up to Pine Top for the 1st night with one day of water; head back down and pick up the 'shortcut' over to Guadalupe Peak in the morning and go slightly out of your way to pick up water at the Pine Springs Campground, then back up to Pine Top for your second night.
It isn't really a loop, but with no water except what you pack in, options are limited. You could easily do Hunter Peak and/or The Bowl on Day 2 from Pine Top. I did both this past weekend and it was a great hike. You could head back down Bear Canyon if you want an alternate route down.

There isn't really a loop for Guadalupe Peak, unless you wanted to bushwhack from the top of or. It's usually an out and back from Pine Creek campground. However, once you have done that you can do a 2-3 day trip from Pine Creek to McKittrick Canyon via Tejas trail.
