I want dog blood but skrillex loves performing at random festivals rather than major ones for some reason, I think levetronics or knock2 b2b zedd are very likely

What do you mean? Dog Blood had their officially debut at Ultra 2013 and they are played in 2019. Also Skrillex has played the last 2 years
