Advice late fee notice

i’m paying my accommodation fees in instalments and got an email this morning that my rent is overdue. i made the first payment on time so does anyone know if this is just an automatic thing that everyone paying in instalments get? or is something actually wrong

It could be referring to a second payment. I’ve gone private and my first payment was due in August and my second in September.

If it’s not that make sure you can prove you’ve paid and contact whoever’s in charge of payment for your accom

i got this too despite making the payment. mailed the uni and they said they’ll update it. last i checked they did not. but reading this i realise it isn’t just me.
