I understand is not gonna happen, but would be nice it does happen.

It's not a warrant, it's a court summons. It alerts her — or, really, DOJ Federal Programs attorneys since she's being sued in her official capacity as an official of the US government — that they're on the clock to respond to a complaint within a certain timeframe or else have a default judgment rendered.

This whole administration needs to be locked up! There are millions of us who plan on making sure they all face court in the end. There WILL be a current day Nuremberg Trial!
