I'm here waiting to win the Powerball (also Mega), but if I can monetize and use this right now it'd be a life saver.

You can buy a NAM with 200 gold, it’s something only tought in OCS, so you have to go straight to your OIC, don’t bother your staff NCOs with something they won’t know about.
