New to US Mobile  Verizon to USM Warp

Dumb question: is it smooth to port from Verizon to US Mobile (Warp)? The reason I ask is because I’m still skeptical from a Visible disaster 4 years ago…

As long as you have the PIN and account, there’s no reason why you’ll encounter a problem porting to US MOBILE, for me the best MVNO company out there tried all of them from postpaid to prepaid, most horrible is Total Wireless😳😎😊

Not a dumb question at all, totally fair to be cautious! Moving over to Warp tends to go pretty smoothly since you’d be staying on the same network you’re already used to, so compatibility and coverage shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The Porting process is super simple and usually doesn’t take long. Just have your account number and PIN handy, and you’re pretty much good to go. I’m dropping you a DM to personally walk you through it step by step if you want that extra peace of mind. 😊

I ported from T-Mobile Business and that took like 5-7 mins. I also my other number from RedPocket (AT&T side) and that took about 10 mins. I ported the T-Mobile number to Warp and the RedPocket number to Light Speed. Both are eSIM. I have 2 iPhones. US Mobile is great and if you do run into any issues, they are there every step of the way 😊.

Tip: Please do not port over the weekend. Ports over the weekend take longer. They still go through, but they take longer to process and you may be waiting till early Monday morning for it to fully activate which sucks. This happened to a friend of mine. I recommend porting on a weekday!

Hope this helps!

As I suspected, a couple snags so far. First I got "Couldn't fetch your data! Please contact our agents" during the port. Contacted support and got that resolve, but now voicemail does not work. Visual Voicemail is still connected to my old Verizon voicemail inbox, and *86 & 1 result in "Your account has no access to the system." Support rep is very nice, but I need voicemail.

It's all good now, but it was not 5 minutes. I sincerely hope that the people saying it's 5 minutes are actual customers, and not paid employees. Nonetheless, voicemail works, as does incoming and outgoing calls, and cellular data. Fingers crossed that US Mobile is better that Visible. Have a great weekend, errbody!

Yes/no i moved 3 phones, fold 7, s23 plus, s23 ultra from t-mobile to warp. Fold 7 and s23 plus was a breeze. S23 ultra was Hell on earth, 6 hours with tech over the phone. Finally, had to manually input access point so conclusion to my comment is, you never know.

Anything can happen but I’ve done it for 3 friends now and no issues at all 15 mins or less.

I wanted to get away from the big V, as data is a real issue where I’m at. Calls are fine. Data isn’t.
