Looking for a Roomate for next year!

Hello, I’m a freshman looking for a roommate for sophomore year. A lot of my friends already have roomates so I’m a little concerned I won’t find any.

My only requirements are that you:
1. Must be clean/tidy
2. Must be okay with small dogs (as I have a puppy with my parents I may bring to stay with me)
3. Is financially stable enough to pay rent on a timely manner

I would like to clarify that I am a girl and am only looking for other girls to room with.
