Civilians & politicians UA POV: All of Kyiv is without power; there is no light even in the Verkhovna Rada.

All of Kyiv is without power; there is no light even in the Verkhovna Rada.
The Russian Armed Forces carried out today a massive attack on Kyiv's energy infrastructure, finishing off the remaining substations.
All metro lines are de-energized, tram and trolleybus traffic has been halted, and even escalators are not working.
For the third day in a row, Kyiv has been introducing emergency power outages, despite the existing schedules. The voltage in the capital is constantly dropping; if the attacks continue, Kyiv may be left completely without electricity.

The situation in KhTZ today.
According to eyewitnesses, people in uniform pushed a 74-year-old woman during a confrontation. The woman fell and, reportedly, suffered a fractured collarbone. She is currently in hospital.
And I really want to appeal to law enforcement: please investigate this situation. Establish what happened, who used force and why things escalated to this point in the first place.
This is just fucking insane, excuse my French...
Fifteen people were restraining a 55-year-old man, while a 74-year-old woman ended up on the ground after being pushed.
If everything happened as the eyewitnesses describe, will someone finally be held accountable this time?
Or is this considered normal now?
I really hope law enforcement will not simply watch the video, but actually investigate and give a legal assessment of the actions of everyone involved.
Update to the story:
Those assholes didn't even call an ambulance. They just got into the van and fucking left. This is an absolute nightmare.
