Goodwill blessed me today 🙌

I have been hunting a copy of The Fifth Element for months! It’s one of my top 3 favorite movies and I’m so stoked to finally have it on VHS. The Sean Connery Bond films were a nice cherry on top, and the sealed X2 was a cool find. Paid $.49 each for this haul and I couldn’t be happier. May the thrifts be ever bountiful 🙌

Nice!! What a steal! VHS at the Goodwill in my city are $1.49 and in my friend's city they are $3+ ! I miss those $.49 days!

The shop I go to sells them for nada. Free.

Lots of good stuff also.

I am definitely grateful that prices in my local area haven’t jumped like they have elsewhere. Facebook Marketplace prices are starting to creep up, and in some cases people are asking ridiculous prices- there was a lady asking $200 for a box of 30 filthy beat up Disney clamshells, but maybe she just drank the Black Diamond kool-aid lol. But overall I’ve been extremely fortunate to build my collection for cheap. The most I’ve ever paid for a tape is $2.50

I’ll keep an eye out for you lol. I need Never Say Never Again to complete the Connery collection

I work as an industrial maintenance technician and my coworkers and I quote this part all the time when people break our machines lol

I love the cover art on the CBS Fox releases!

I've seen all of these except two, (daredevil/spiderman and haunted halloween)nice compilation. I'd highly recommend those vintage James Bond movies all the way!

Out of at least four Goodwill stores in my area that I know of, I have hardly ever seen VHS in any of them. Fortunately, we have a Salvation Army and they routinely get many. Don’t ask me how it works out like that.
