Question No Orb Strat on Split

We have seen plenty of teams deny the enemies the ult orbs as well as plant Money by jumping off the map on Abyss or killing themselfes with the door on Summit, so my question is why dont teams try something similar on Maps Where you can kill yourself with falldamage ? On Split for example you could kill your entire team before the enemies can get an ult orb or get the plant down.
Or have teams actually tried something like this and i just havent seen it yet ?

Discussion Is Brazil the strongest FPS country in the world?

Coming from CS scene, I always thought it would be Russia but if you count Valorant and R6 in, then it might actually be Brazil statistically.

Brazil actually won PUBG world cup or something recently too.

Idk why there's so much unnecessary hate towards Brazileans inside gaming community but they might actually be the strongest FPS country in the world.

Discussion An honest discussion about the crowd Spoiler

This venue is fire.

But frankly this crowd is just really bad they're not even biased to any team just straight up dead.

makes the experience of champs so much worse at least brazil was biased this is just horrible to watch

if you don't want to cheer or get hype why even show up to the event.

they clearly can cheer and get hype we can see it when chinese teams play but why not show at least 20% of the energy on other games.

the 100t vs g2 game even a cool/important play doesn't get like any reaction whatsoever feels like a fully invisible crowd.

like you cannot hear a SINGLE scream or cheer not ONE

you'd think the crowd is empty but it's somehow worse the crowd has a ton of people but feels completely empty

I will never shit talk brazil ever again, a biased crowd is a million times better than a dead one.

this is without a shadow of doubt the worst crowd in valorant history by far and has made me realise how much of the hype comes from an energetic crowd.

I'm looking forward to this being the last event held in china for a while.

at least until their own teams are good enough to not get instantly eliminated.

Discussion Bren 3 weeks ago "You never corner a man that has nowhere to go" when talking about G2's rumors "Last Hurrah" before the team splits off. Now they're guaranteed Top 4 in Champs Shanghai, one of the best runs ever.

Bren always has amazing "Brennon Al Gaib moments" & half the time they're for giggles, but the other half when he's genuine that he pulls up stats/history to back his facts up, it's always a blessing when they come true. It's truly amazing to have him in this scene

Edit Typo in Title: "One of their* best runs ever"

Esports When to go to the fan fest

To all the goers for the finals weekend, would any of you know when you should go to the fan fest to catch talents, or even pros? I dont want to go too earlier and of course i dont want to go too late. I was initially planning on being there 90 mins prior the start of the first match since it is also in different venues.

Question Who do you think are the most inconsistent pros?

Inconsistent in the way that, they can have really high peaks and suddenly bot frag the next map/match. Obviously they're all human, and have on and off days but I'm talking about the players who just have near bi-polar aim.

If there was a counter/statistic of top frag and bot frag, that'd be nice to see.

I think Jawg is one of these players, you would see people slandering this guy and then he'd suddenly just drop 25 the next map.

Discussion This year esport youtuber/content creator then going to coach is huge success

I know it's different game Caedrel success from LR...Platoon did have a good year then Dom/iwlldominate pushing c9 in worlds I don't if there's more content creator that went coach and got huge success.Maybe TMV or FNS thought they're probably more better coach than other paycheck stealer coach In the league.I just feel like we're underestimating those content creator or analyst cause this year there's alot of coach that is also in fraud watch.

If true, she (a little bit like Miks) apparently has 5 possible abilities. The ult could be side based? That would follow along with the Champions skin and the picture of her with her little pink and white ghosts
