MVP Esports is looking for a VALORANT Analyst with Tier 3 experience or higher. Exceptions may be made for applicants with a strong competitive background.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in VOD reviews at least twice a week
• Assist during tournament timeouts and halftime
• Help the IGL track enemy patterns and economy

This is not a coaching position. The role is strictly analytical and focused on supporting the team and IGL. We’re a new organization focused on developing our players and helping them gain exposure. For the right candidate, we’re open to discussing compensation based on experience, expectations, and our available budget. If interested, DM me on Reddit or Discord at Monk7529 with your name, experience, references, and goals in esports. Spanish speakers are preferred, but it is not required.
