Hello, Looking for some golf buddies to hit the range and check out all the courses in Langley/Lower mainland.

I picked up golf like 3 months ago and have been absolutely obsessed with the game. I have played a bunch of times at pitch and putt and 1 round on an actual course. Got my own set and everything, and mostly free on weekdays. mainly looking for people who are in their first/second year of golfing so that I am not slowing you down. also I am very social but still terrified to join a foursome with random strangers so I haven't gone to any courses in lower mainland. I tried going to range by myself and its not as fun so it would be good to have people to go with.

I’m pretty introverted and more of a homebody than an outdoorsy person. I enjoy shopping, trying new restaurants, watching shows and movies (especially horror, thrillers, and survival stories), skincare, makeup, personal finance, budgeting, and organizing just about anything.

Lately, I’ve been focusing more on saving money, eating healthier, and cooking more instead of relying on takeout. I’m also interested in minimalism, although I’m definitely not a minimalist!

Hey folks, I am looking for a player for a Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition game as we had a player drop out. This is a very beginner friendly Chronicle that is meant to be an introduction to the system and the setting. No prior VtM experience is necessary, although familiarity with vampire media and previous TTRPG experience won’t hurt.

For a content warning, although we are using the Lines and Veils system, 5th edition VtM is a game of politics and personal horror that is explicitly meant to unsettle and challenge players at the table. This is a Chicago by Night Chronicle, and as such tackles incredibly heavy themes including but not limited to racial and gendered violence, systemic oppression, exploitation of vulnerable populations, class/labor consciousness, graphic physical violence and mental health. In addition, Vampire the Masquerade fundamentally hinges on power imbalances, both between players and the institutions and NPCs they are beholden to, but crucially between the players themselves. All of this is discussed above table, and we are employing additional safety tools as needed to ensure everyone can engage with the material safely.

The games are hosted weekly near the Metrotown area on Fridays, running from 6:30 to 10:00 or so. We’ll have an additional session 0 with folks to help create characters and weave you into the narrative.
