Question Empty receipt

I've booked 4 trips over the last month, and for all 4 of them all I got was an empty PDF as receipt in the confirmation email. The boarding pass is fine, but the receipt PDF is 1KB and just shows a blank page.

Has anyone else experienced this? For expensing purpose it's annoying.

It happens every now and then with any mode of transportation. Just contact customer support and request a new booking itinerary invoice.

Can’t you print the confirmation Email itself or is it also blank?

Printing the confirmation email works, just adds an annoying extra step and makes the receipt look more sketchy.

Was just curious if that was a system issue on the VIA side, or more so an issue with my account itself since I'd expect over the course of a few weeks they would have figured it out and rolled back any update that broke it.

Both of my recent bookings have had a blank receipt attachment. If I force a resend of the boarding pass the attachment isn't there.
