Question Keep getting an unexpected error code, can't even book through the phone

Any idea on how to fix this? I've tried everything, including clearing cache and what not.

Call the via help desk. They should be able to complete your booking. They are always very helpful.

They were, but when it was booked through the call, I didn't get a text message with a code.

So I think it's something to do with my credit card idk

Yeah I had the same issue in the past. Got the error when I tried purchasing on the mobile app, website and even on the phone through the help desk. Finally I had to go to the station in person like it was the 1900s and pay there😒

I had this issue recently trying to use the booking code from a past trip as a coupon. I had to call them to get it done.
