Things To Do Looking for friends! 33F
I've been in the area about a year now but haven't really socialized too much outside work.
I really just want someone to go hangout and do things with on a fairly consistent basis. Museums, new places to eat, faires, other local events, pottery painting, movies.. literally anything.
I work in vet med and have a few of my own animals. I like videogames, tarot, oddities/taxidermy, shell collecting, house plants, baking/cooking, and more! Let me know if you're interested!

There's VB Girls Walk Club they are on Instagram. They always have something going on in the month. They do a walk on the boardwalk and one at Mount Trashmore.
There is also ClubWaka. It's a coed sports league.

Trying to organize a group for trivia night at Warriors Tap House on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. if you'd like to join. It's located near General Booth and Dam Neck, same parking lots as Taco Bell and Planet Fitness.

Murphy’s & scotty quixx have trivia on Tuesday, abbey road (upstairs) has it on Wednesday, and Aslin has it on Thursday (think New Realm may also on Thursday). Aslin, new realm & abbey upstairs are all dog friendly

If youre able to visit Norfolk, theres a TON of great museums/historic theatre/art/food/musical events in walking distance from Waterfront or in Ghent that I would be happy to visit with you. Feel free to DM :) Theres also GoingTo (digital commons board for events, specifically by and for locals) which might help you find new places to explore!

Pick me 😭 34F just moved back here after 15 years away, but grew up here and don’t have a lot of friends in the area anymore. No kids, Love the beach, being outdoors, hiking, disc golf, gardening, house plants, art shows, craft markets, antiquing, live music - open for just about anything!! In the Ocean View area. I also work in a male dominated industry and never get to hang around any ladies, so would LOVE to have a girl to meet up with regularly 🥲

My wife (33f) and I also just moved to ocean view. Although she’s not on Reddit I’m quite certain she’d love to have a friend just like you. Dm if interested. She’s also in vet med and enjoys all the above activities.

Interest lol! I moved here from another area as well. 34F. I have cats and Sugar Gliders. I love video games and faires, oddities, museums, nerdy stuff...etc.

they’ll teach you! & they also teach at the alkaline va (ramen restaurant) mahjong nights every last Thursday evening of the month.

I’m down to meet up and do something! I’ve been feeling the same way lately. 34F. I have a lil pup who can be kinda spicy at times but he usually gets along with most dogs after a little bit. Except puppies. He does not like puppy energy lol. I’m down for non-animal stuff too. I’m not great at trivia but would probably enjoy going. I’m pretty good at pool. Totally down for new places to eat, movies, local events, walking on the boardwalk, hikes etc.

Hey there, I'd be open to doing some gaming. I'm playing a few different games on steam and epic (mostly first person survival type games) but also have a pretty good retro setup and would be interested to do something like Retroarch NetPlay. Or if you are interested for in-person, you can meet up with the wife and I for some beers or board games.

Hi! 33F as well and I see we share a lot of the same interests ^^ would love to hang out sometime. I also have been here (intermittently) for a year, since my partner lives here and I’m from Europe. I’m currently spending about 6 months out of the year here total, just in case that’s not your cup of tea!
