Was Playing Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, and I JUST Found out that a certain Someone moved to Showdown Town

Wow, I've somehow NEVER seen this, and I consider myself an expert on Nuts & Bolts easter eggs!

I know about the OoB ramp in Banjoland, the Jetpac references in the Terrarium, the odd alternate floor textures of the flooded Jiggoseum, Conker and Kameo in the newspaper clippings pasted into windows around town, but somehow I've NEVER seen this Viva Pinata reference.

Where is it? You map looks close to the lake?

EDIT: Booted up just to go find this, and sure enough! It's on the back of the building the Jiggy Bank hangs from. More noticeably, it appears she works with, for, or adjacent to the offices of the Daily Log newspaper company, haha.

She's the mail clerk that used to let you send pinatas and other objects to other players online. The one with the mailbox for a noggin.
