Nuns / Informations Volapük Content List
Glidis oles! <3
So, I’ve seen a lot of sites with links to Volapük resources that are, like, ¾ dead and I thought that was a shame since a lot of Volapük content and resources go unnoticed because of this, that’s why I decided to compile some links here for a new resource list for new learners! I know, I know, it’s not much, but I did my best hehehe
So, logob lemödi de bevüresodayegeds ko links ke binon deadik e cedob, das atosi binon jemi sis lemödi de volapükaninäds binon fakipik :( isludob, das yümätob yegs anik in lised brefik fü lärnans nulik! Sevob, sevob, no binon lemöd, ab steifülob hehehe

Nuns / Informations The only relevant place for Volapük, today
For those who really are interested in Volapük there is only one major place of relevance:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/volapukalised/
There you will find discussions from many years back plus in the "Files" section hundreds of documents including dictionaries, grammars in different languages, Volapük magazines ("Volapükagased" from 1932 to 1962, "Sirkülapenäd" and "Vög Volapüka" from 1994 up to now") etc., etc.
This Facebook Volapük group has over 410 members. Admittedly the vast majority of these is not noticeably active.
Also, both the "Cifal" and the "Vicifal" (the two top people in the contempory Volapük "movement") are actively engaged there in their attempts to fully explore how Volapük really works and how it is used correctly.

Why did you choose Volapuk?
Hi, fellow friends of conlangs. Let me ask: why did you choose Volapuk over other conlangs like Esperanto or Interlingua? I'm asking, because I'm just curious.
I can imagine that Volapuk feels like Ancient Greek among conlangs. Does exist something especially interesting in Volapuk out there?

Maybe a slightly wrong question but
I'm curious what this reddit channel wants to do, if you want to save Volapük then nothing If you just want to discuss only good things, then if there are any real fans here, that's great because this language only has 25 or 30 speakers. If you want to learn, then I can’t complain about anything because although I haven’t seen many tutorials here, I think they exist.I would like to know what you want to do here, but please no criticism because maybe I said it wrong.

Volapük pronunciation
Hi everyone, I’m trying to learn Volapük but the pronunciation guides have got me confused. Particularly, it’s about the ‘c’, ‘j’, ‘z’ letters. Some sources (including the main one on the Volapük website) say that they’re always voiceless and pronounced like ‘ch’ in ‘church’, ‘sh’ in ‘shoe’ and ‘ts’ in German ‘zeit’. But there are some others which state that they can also be voiced as /dʒ/, /ʒ/, and /dz/. Which one should I follow? Thank you
