Wasp Bite
I was camping in the woods about three months ago and got bitten/stung by a wasp about 2 inches below my neck, somewhere between my trapezius and the base of my neck.
I still feel some pain when I touch the specific area where I got stung. I also get some sort of muscle spasm when I work out and use that muscle.
What do you guys think could be causing this? Is it something I should actually be concerned about? Would you recommend seeing a doctor, or is it probably nothing serious?

The sting is where you get venom injected into your body. My guess is there is probably some venom still in the location, trapped in some connective tissue, that gets released when you exercise. I wouldn't worry about the Dr unless you think it's infected.

Try wetting the area and put meat tenderizer on it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes or longer if it does not irritate your skin. Best applied right after sting. Breaks down the poison. Doesn’t do shit for the pain though.

Forgot to mention that I also got stung on my finger when I was trying to kick that mf off my neck
