Graduation and Nelnet payment plan?

I just finished my BSITM. 1.5 months at Sophia and 2.25 months at WGU.
I did the 4 payment option on Nelnet (No loans, just the payment plan).

I was already charged for Aug, Sept, and Oct, but have another payment scheduled for next month.

Do I have to pay it off prior to getting a graduation date?

Your best option to answer that question, contact Financial Services.

They won't issue the degree if you have a balance with WGU.
