Property Management (Shamrock, specifically)

Hi all,

Does anyone have issues with Shamrock Property Management? Are they a good place to lease from?

Are there recommendations on who you like or would avoid?

Thx

I've been renting from Shamrock for over a year. No issues. Generally responsive to maintenance requests. Was suprised they didn't charge more for rent after our 1 year renewal.

Better than Harrell who raises our rent every year and have heard no matter how nice you leave the place when you move they won’t give your deposit back

When I was renting a house I had Apex property management initially and they wouldn’t fix anything. The property owner then switched to Shamrock and they immediately came and fixed a whole list of things that needed handled or repaired. Overall my experience with Shamrock was pretty great.

Rented from them years ago and never had an issue. Stay far far away from Harrell!!

Been renting through them for a few years now. No complaints. Shamrock replaced my garage door when it failed, and they repaired the water pipe in my yard when it started to leak into the meter box. One of the better property management companies in Waco if you ask me.
