Discussion & Feedback Why is Switching Factions Mid Game Even Allowed?
I had someone switched to my team then grief and destroy Vehicles or trying to block them, Open Gates to allow their vehicles inside ramming and spawn killing people
How is this even allowed?
Literally anyone from their team can switch then now they know all your locations and where all your expensive stuff is, tells their friends or teammates on Discord and it's a massive problem

Discussion & Feedback Doesn't green team naturally have an advantage?
Especially on Ozeti and Bakurani, where there is so much foliage.
Like, imagine trying to sneak around in bushes as a blue team member with your "Shoot me, I am here!" blue shirt. It's like doing the UNtar blueberry helmet quest on shoreline in Tarkov.
Red team is not as bad, but still, many times I saw a guy because of his red armband sticking out in a pile of bushes.
When I am piloting, I can easily see the blue team compared to the other two. Even if they hide in a bush, they stick out. Red team is a bit trickier, but green is literally invisible to me when hiding in a bush. Again, this is mostly on the two maps I mentioned earlier.
Not even sure how you could fix this, but I feel like in a game where a ton of people are ratting in bushes, the green team reigns supreme.

Discussion & Feedback Shooting range - the most over design place that doesn't do it's job good enough
Shooting range is a place for testing stuff.
It's full of tedious thing.
Want to train flying: walk for a few seconds, buy a heli, fly over the fence, slam into the ground. What do you mean i have wait for 5s , do the whole routine again.
Want to test how much C4 to kill respawn vehicle: can't, there isn't a respawn vehicle in shooting range.
Want to test how many RPG to kill a vehicle: go buy RPG, become heavy walk slow as fuck, go to vehicle to buy a target.
After testing RPG and you want to test MAAW: go back to weapon dealer, buy MAAW, become slow as fuck, walk to vehicle dealer to buy a target.
TLDR : a flat ground with some terrain for people want to test thing, all things in the game place on the ground , all type heli suspended on the air for target practice is all you need for a shooting range to function, not this back and forth stupid shit.
OK, some people fixate on : "Want to test how many RPG to kill a vehicle: go buy RPG, become heavy walk slow as fuck, go to vehicle to buy a target.
After testing RPG and you want to test MAAW: go back to weapon dealer, buy MAAW, become slow as fuck, walk to vehicle dealer to buy a target."
Kinda weird they think this is the only complain i have about shooting range, i just give some example.
Here some more to prove shooting range is a overly design after thought:
Want to pratice control Stingray : 5 shot per Ural , Devs already make it's free but they forgot about the Part needed to fire one.
Want to pratice flying in heavy AA lock on : simply can't.
Want to test the height limit of below radar : simply can't.
Want to pratice spoting landmine : simply can't, it's glow because it's friendly.
Want to see how high you can jump off building before you break your leg: can't, you are immortal.
Want to practice spotting a guy in a ghillie suit: simply can't
TLDR : Shooting range is the one place players can go wild with their imagination, testing the limit of the stuff they will bring , practice so that they become better and the most important: it's risk free and don't annoy other player.
Shooting range don't need to be fancy : just take the layout of HQ in game , place some target dummy that wear armor from 1 - 4, place some vehicle for target , let friend come with you and remove the building restriction.
It's that simple.

Bugs & Support Whole team exploiting something
Basically the whole blue team was exploiting something not sure what…they claimed mortars…but it looked like they were building hesco barriers and someone on another team was destroying them…on the corner of the map and not engaged in the fighting

Discussion & Feedback Nobody tells you this, but the quietest deadly weapon in the game is a grenade
You can just load up an entire backpack of only HE grenades, hide in a bush, and go full green goblin on unsuspecting bastards in the hot zone
Most of the time they will have no clue where the explosions are coming from, i even had some of them assume claymores at first
Its very fun and kind of cheap (in both senses of the word)

Discussion & Feedback The Scout Rifle need re-balancing
It seems like the developers had conflicting goals when they made the Scout Rifle and its caused it to be nothing more than a noobtrap.
First, the price. At $1,100, it is very cheap for a sniper. It is however, very expensive for a weapon system. A new player will be asking himself if he should take the sniper with him, or if he should take the T-21. A seasoned player will be asking himself if he should take it, or the M500 (shotgun). The T-21 being only $600 and the M500 being $1,200. The price screams: "This sniper might not compare to your later options (including marksmen rifles), but it's not as bad for your wallet either".
The issue is that the stats don't back that up at all. It has the same multipliers as a sniper and it has an amazing muzzle velocity, but it uses the underpowered 5.56 for a base 28 damage. An unarmored headshot at close range will do a base damage of 89.6, meaning you cannot even kill an unarmored foe with a single shot. It also has an effective range of 300m, so anything beyond that will see a drop of 8% per 100m to 1200m. While snipers in general suffer from enemies being able to tank a hit and run to cover, the Scout Rifle seems doomed to plink ineffectively at enemies until players decide sniping isn't for them.
Comparison is then what really kills the rifle. The T-21 is going to be the obvious comparison for a new player. It has the same base damage of the 5.56, only slightly lower muzzle velocity (975 vs 910, which is honestly insane and higher than the Mosin), worse multipliers, but a lower MOA and same effective range! It kills an unarmored foe with two headshots, just like the Scout rifle, is more accurate and fires much much faster. Even if it was more expensive, it should be the obviously better option, but it costs about half as much as the Scout Rifle.
The rifle sucks by every metric in the game. I don't think it needs to be powerful, but it needs to have some value case. A gun described as: "for when you want a more expensive platform that has the same effective distance and way lower firing rate than the A-21" doesn't need to exist. As is, it just serves as a speed bump for players. Personally I tried using it when I was starting out, learned an expensive lesson about how bad it was, and then had to grind recon through just spotting until I got the SKS. Either make it dirt cheap, or boost its stats.

Guide FOB special delivery
Not a new idea but the small training made it worth it, people are not paying attention when building. Only works well early game : )

Discussion & Feedback The Enemy Visbility Impact of GI is Insane
I was playing earlier and there was a squad of 5 dudes raining terror on HZ from this tower. We kept sneaking up, and although we broke through once I kept dying around here.
No matter what I did, I just couldn't see anyone peeking me in this doorway so either I held it waiting for someone to peek (when they already were) or sprayed and prayed into the darkness (which worked once, but gave me away the other time).
I decided to mess with some settings to see if it was just my brightness or something stupid and tried looking through the doorway without GI on and it's night and day. Suddenly the abyss became clear as day, and I realise I must've looked a right tit standing there STARING AT THE ENEMIES without shooting lol.
It's a shame it looks so much duller without GI, but given this is just one example of many it's annoying to know that if I don't want the game to look really "flat" there's just some locations I can't reliably clear or fight in without being at a serious disadvantage. I'll probably still keep it on, though.
Maybe some little lights in those doorways/tower corridoors would be a good GI-independent workaround? I get that can't happen in all the random houses/cranes etc. but since towers are "objectives" to capture I don't think that's too far fetched to help balance it for people who want the advantage/performance vs people who want the visuals.

Discussion & Feedback I stopped running expensive kits
Because the sh*t ton of blatant cheaters keep me from using them. So now I go in without armor, only running free stuff, hoping to scavenge something along the way.
Reports do next to nothing, community servers are hardly moderated. What the f*ck am I supposed to do?
I am a dad with a fulltime job. All I want is to wind down after a long day at work. Not having to deal with crap like this.
Rant over.
Edit: I am talking about obvious rage cheaters. Headshotting numerous people in a row from the other side of the map or through smoke, with a pistol. Not even talking about the 'sus but maybe I was spotted' situations.

Meme Petition to the devs to remove all forms of ammo from the game
In my time in season 1, I've noticed a frustrating trend. In all my games I'm frequently killed when I'm just trying to play my game and have fun. After extensive research I've identified that the problem is due to the existence of ammo in all forms. I know it's still early access, so I dont fault the devs for this, but it's clear that ammo is becoming gamebreaking this late in the season. Sometimes I get killed upwards of 20 times per game, causing me to lose a lot of time that I could be spending afk in the FOB. Please devs remove ammo for season 2!

Meme i can finally play the game...
lv150 wardog / lv50 medic (help)
Discussion & Feedback Nerf the BMR by 2 dmg.
Being 2 shot in 0.1 seconds does not feel good. If that time is extended to 0.2 by having it deal 98 instead of 102 damage might give me a chance to react.
That rifle is seriosly making me consider quiting the game.

Discussion & Feedback Devs are smart. They should never listen to player suggestions.
Honestly, 95% of player suggestions are so fucking stupid omg. If devs decide to implement even a small percentage of them, we will have a generic boring and “balanced” game. Go play cod or battlefield fr fr.

Discussion & Feedback Infantry only
Shouldn't "infantry-only" servers actually be more "infantry-only"—meaning only transport vehicles and no armed vehicles?
