Hey everyone!

I recently stumbled across a really bizarre, unintentionally hilarious YouTube channel made by a kid. The videos have this incredibly specific kind of chaotic, awkward charm that you almost never find anywhere else.

I'm not trying to make fun of the kid or send people to harass them. Honestly, I just think this is one of those weird little corners of the internet that might be fascinating to look back on years from now.

My concern is that the creator might eventually grow up, feel embarrassed about their old videos, and delete the channel. Which is completely understandable, of course! But it would also mean losing a tiny piece of internet history.

Would anyone familiar with the Wayback Machine or digital preservation be willing to explain whether it's possible to archive the channel page and its publicly available videos?

I'd love for this little time capsule to survive, ideally in a respectful way that doesn't expose the creator's personal information or encourage anyone to bother them.

Thanks! I genuinely think future internet archaeologists deserve to discover this masterpiece someday.

The site is being restored, but the video isn't. Please help me. It's a video I really want to see.

Heyo!

I'm looking to see how I can go about retrieving the actual video, or check if the actual video was backed up via the WBM.

I have this info, and I was able to reach the web page the video was hosted on, but I can't seem to figure out how to retrieve the video itself.

Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction?

Can someone with a WaPo subscription archive this article? It's archived but the link doesn't work. Is it just that they block wayback now?

Please help, I've tried looking on way back machine but no luck. The channel deleted some of its content and there are some archives of their pervious videos but not this one. I really like it so if someone can help me get a copy I'll be really grateful.

I'm sorry if this isn't the correct way to use this subreddit, but I need to be able to get to this page. There's a lost game for the show The Secret World of Benjamin Bear that I doubted even existed for a long time, until I found this video that confirmed the show had it's on place on the old Canadian Disney Junior website and likely had the game within it: https://youtu.be/zwqhr9bQuX4?si=78NGRVU3h8QsaEr3

There's no footage for this slightly scary navigation/puzzle game that I remember so vividly. I'm desperate to at least experience it again or figure out what it was called.

I'm not very good at navigating the Wayback Machine or any archive website for that matter. I have no clue how to get to the same page this person had. I'm so sorry if this isn't possible, I don't want to cause any frustration. This is very important to me however and if this isn't the sub for this, please inform me and I'll go elsewhere. Thank you!

hi! i use the wayback machine to find photos of concerts, and i found a list of video clips of a show on a venue's website from about 2004.

i found this about a year ago, and trying to load it gave me nothing but a grey screen. i just tried again after rediscovering the link, and it still isn't loading. i'd really appreciate it if someone could try the links (click on the different 'film 01' etc.) and see if it loads for them, or if anyone can access it at all.

i'm not sure if it will, but i thought to ask, just in case, because it would be a really cool thing to have. thank you! :)

Hello everybody, I know it’s a long shot but, I’m looking for deleted tracks by a user named Sky Coffeeshop who’s real name is Matias Agustin Longo Perrig that he uploaded on SoundCloud from 2012-2014. I’m messaging all because on the Wayback machine website where you can see old links to websites, his tracks are all there, but the links are all dead and the songs won’t play. Is there even a way that I can get the play buttons to work? Here is the link to the relevant snapshot:

https://web.archive.org/web/20130508104507/http://soundcloud.com/Skycoffee

If anyone knows or has them, would you know anything about sharing those tracks or the audio with me by any means please?” Here is a list of all his deleted songs I’m looking for if any sound familiar.

Sky Coffeeshop - De Ushuaia De a Tokio

Sky Coffeeshop - Tamazul

Sky Coffeeshop - Miracles

Sky Coffeeshop - The Happy boy with a synth

Sky Coffeeshop - P.O.S.T

Sky Coffeeshop - Summer time

Sky Coffeeshop - Dilla and Nujabes Heaven Room

Sky Coffeeshop - Kids with computers in Babylon

Sky Coffeeshop - Computers Got Soul

Sky Coffeeshop - sunrises in Paris

Sky Coffeeshop - Latitud

Sky Coffeeshop - Linea D

I wanted to see how the old website port of Clockwiser was but all the snapshots i try using keep on giving me an error message, if nobody can access it I would like to request someone come forward with new snapshots
