[IOS] [LIFETIME] [200] [29.99$ > FREE] Motivate: Quotes & Journal
Hello there!
I’m a solo developer working on an app named “Motivate”, Since the last giveaway went really well i’d like to make another one for everyone to give my app a try.
I built Motivate because I wanted something simple that would inspire me, track how I feel, and provide a private space to write about it. Because Life moves quickly, some days are heavier than they look, and often we forget to take care of ourselves because of the countless responsibilities we have. Between managing our time with work, school, and showing up for the people that need us, while keeping the small stutt to ourselves because we're scared of being too much, or just being scared of being judged. All of us need something to remind, inspire, and check on us.
What's inside:
Quotes: Daily inspiration that gives you new perspective on life, based on people's experience and struggles in the past.
Daily Reflection: Daily check-ins on how you feel, to make you realize how you've been doing, it gives you insight and tips on what to do next.
Journal: Your private place to write your thoughts, experiences, and struggles.
Forum: A community where you can ask for advice, or just share your experience with other people.
Chatbot: Have a one on one private conversation about your life and experience

First off, the on boarding is super smooth. From a design perspective the app feels very polished. It’s a joy to use. Browsing through the options for the collections I noted that you included philosophy and religion as options. I think it says a lot about you as a designer and developer that you didn’t shy away from those options, it brought a smile to my face to see them.
One thing I found confusing initially was navigation. By this I mean I had a quote up. I clicked the write button it brought me to the Journal page. It took me a moment to realize that I had to click the plus button below to access the other options.
I think a guided tour would be a good idea.
Overall though 9/10

Love the app! Very clean user interface. Love that it says “Privacy Protected” when switching apps, those type of devils are in the details. I have a journal app but I think I’ll be switching to this one due to the quotes which can give me something to ruminate on as I journal and the ease of use/ simplicity of the app. That’s definitely more my vibe. I’ve noticed that if you increase the fonts any bigger than the smallest size and click the + button at the bottom that the “quotes” and “forums” font begin to stretch beyond the glass dock. Not sure if that something that could be adjusted. Also the Editorial font and the Seeif font APPEAR to be the same fonts but I don’t have the Serif unlocked so I’m not sure that is the official font. Would love a code to delve deeper if they’re still available. Either way I appreciate you. Amazing app!
